I should probably use another title. Hard to decide, as the title is the same as a film about the hideous practice in China. However the subject is the same, except this (based on actual events) is the description of it happening in our own supposedly civilized society. Technically not legal, obviously, but...

Anyway, the vibe I'm shooting for is something like 'Robin Cook meets Clayton Lindemuth'. As I write that I get this image of the two authors actually meeting. Weird. Would be interesting to say the least.
