Zombie States   States such as Washington, Oregon, California, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts and some others where Demonrats are elected to almost all positions in state government and make up most of the Congressional delegation. Despite continuing deterioration over generations the habit of electing corrupt and incompetent politicians continues. The zombie condition is manifested primarily in two ways - the failure of moderately intelligent people to overcome lefty indoctrination and the parasite state of the majority. The effect is intensified as the few remaining productive and intelligent residents flee to the free states.
